Order made: to close that part of U64211 Astley Burf from its junction with U64212 Weather Lane for a distance of 317 metres in a westerly direction.

Reason: Lay New Ducting by Grub Construction Ltd

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U64212 Weather Lane, U64212 Bull Hill, B4196 Astley and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 MonthsAnticipated duration: 6 days Commencing: 22 September 2021

Reason for restriction: Safe working for OpenreachThere is a need to close the highway in the following terms:-

 

  1. The effect of this Notice is that no vehicle shall proceed along that part of the highway from its junction with U64212 Bull Hill to its junction with U64211 Astley.

  1. This provision shall continue in force for a maximum of 5 days, however, it is anticipated that it will remain in force for 1 day commencing 10 October 2021.

 

  1. Alternative routes: – B4196 Shrawley, B4196 Holt Heath, A443 Witley Road,
    A443 Worcester Road, B4197 Great Witley, A451 Stourport Road, A451 Dunley,
    B4196 Arley Common and vice versa

Nothing in this Notice shall prevent at any time access for pedestrians to any premises situated on or adjacent to the highway, or to any other premises accessible for pedestrians from and only from the highway.

  1. This provision shall continue in force for a maximum of 5 days, however, it is anticipated that it will remain in force for 1 day commencing 21 September 2021.

 

  1. Alternative routes: – C2239 Astley, U64212 Astley, B4196 Astley and vice versa.

Nothing in this Notice shall prevent at any time access for pedestrians to any premises situated on or adjacent to the highway, or to any other premises accessible for pedestrians from and only from the highway.
